Yes! Do you have an upcoming conference for your business or a student trip? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group seating, entrances, and discounts. 

We make it as easy as possible for you by covering all expenses. Most of our trips are to all-inclusive resorts where all your food, beverages, Pickleball play, taxes, gratuities, resort fees, and transportation costs are all included. 

Things that are not included in the price: 

1. Airfare
2. Additional excursions are not arranged for the group. 
3. Added spa treatments and golf green fees. 
4. Additional purchases, such as gifts or mementos

You can cancel within 45 days of the trip’s start date for a full 100% refund. If you need to cancel within 45 days, let us know immediately and if we can book someone from our waitlist or find a new traveler to take your spot, you will be refunded in full.

No. It is not necessary to purchase travel or medical travel insurance. We do have a provider that can offer either service to you if requested.

You can pay in full at the time of booking or reserve your room by placing a $500 per person deposit. The balance will be due 90 days prior to the trip. Because we work with many different resorts, the payment time schedule can vary. A payment reminder will be emailed to those having placed a deposit approximately one week before the final payment is due.

No. Each trip will have a variety of players at different skill levels. We will make a consorted effort to level the players so that you are playing with players closely related to you. If you need specific attention, we will be more than happy to assist you to make your experience the best it can be.

Each trip varies. Smaller, intimate trips may cater toward a certain age and skill level, but most larger group travel will have all different ages and skill levels, making for a remarkably diverse and exciting playing opportunity. If you are interested in a specifically tailored trip for your group, we can make that happen as well. Talk to us, and we can book a trip designed especially for your group and their needs.

Absolutely. There will be plenty for everyone to do on and off the courts.
