YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, in plain language

Just what we need to stay in touch

Joining the Travel Club

We save your email as a pending signup when you submit the form, before you complete your profile. Pending signups are not added to the confirmed-member segment. We collect your email address to maintain your free membership list and send Superlative club news, travel offers, and festival updates. We do not ask for payment details or a password. Membership is confirmed after you open the email link and submit your name and location. Age and phone are optional. These details help us personalize travel experiences and are stored with your email, confirmation time and consent version. Providing a phone number does not consent to marketing texts.

Resort finder access

Public resort guides and the Book page can be explored without joining. The member resort finder uses your confirmed Travel Club membership for access. After membership confirmation, a secure first-party cookie remembers access in this browser for 30 days. This cookie contains an expiry and a signature, not your email address. Clearing cookies removes remembered access. The email confirmation step verifies access to your inbox; it does not create a paid membership.

Contacting us

Information you submit in the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Services we use

Our on-site forms are designed to use Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, and Resend to store club subscriptions and deliver inquiries. These services process information needed to provide those functions. Our email provider also stores inquiries received by our team.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in club marketing emails to stop those emails. To request access, correction, or removal of your information, contact social@superlativepickleball.net. You can also contact us there with privacy questions.

Other websites

Resort bookings, social groups, and linked articles open on other websites with their own privacy practices.
